What You'll Learn in HLI West Valley
For 10 weeks, HLI West Valley brings Arizona's top business and policy leaders directly to you for dialogue about leadership, representation, and community power. Each week focuses on issues specific to West Valley while connecting your local experience to statewide advocacy. You learn from decision-makers who control resources and shape policy, then apply those insights to your own community context.
Our curriculum emphasizes both professional development and civic responsibility. You gain practical skills in board governance, public speaking, and strategic advocacy while examining how power operates in your community. Every session connects personal leadership growth to collective action, preparing you to serve effectively while staying rooted in social justice values.
